Global Public and Private companies

Critical Business Information

Financial News

Mergers & Acquisitions

Private Placement and Public Offering Transactions

Key Executives and Directors

The role would require you to participate in time-sensitive projects and take collaborative initiatives with colleagues in Gurgaon, New York, and London.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduates/ PG / MBA’s With 0-2 Years Experience

Candidates currently based In Delhi / NCR Region

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to work in shifts (NO OVERNIGHT SHIFTS).

Strong interest in research.

Flair for writing and eye for detail.

Well versed in Internet searching and Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with global business environment.

Familiarity with databases, international research sources, and content.

Ability to work as part of a team but will still need to act/function independently when working through projects.

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver with regard to fast deadlines.

Positive attitude, ability to interact with many levels, ability to face and deal with issues in a mature and professional manner.
