Job Description
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

Overall responsibility for the finance function of company with emphasis on Controllership and Compliance.

Banking, Treasury & Cash Management.

Account Reconciliations.

Commercial Finance including pricing & strategy support.

Maintain effective routines & controls to ensure integrity of financial records.

Cost Control & driving cost down on administration expenses.

Budgets, Estimates for periodic reviews.

Compliance to local statutory reporting requirements.

Ensure compliance to policies and procedures.

Labor Law requirements.

Manage foreign exchange exposure in line with policies.

Develop, motivate, train and lead Finance team.

Drive finance initiatives within the leadership team, coordinate activities with the pole / HQ I&FS.

Drive key six sigma and digitization initiatives in Finance.

Lead initiatives to maximize cash from operating activities, including management of receivables and payables.



Desired Candidate Profile
Hands on experiance in Finance & Accounts

At least 8 to 10 years of post qualification experience of which the last 3 should be managing the finance function of a medium sized business.
