Job Description
• OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FROM HOME FOR US COMPANY

• We are looking for Operations / HR Executive to work off site based in their home/local office in Chennai or Delhi /NCR region to work on Office/HR support activities for US Operations.

• CANDIDATES FROM DELHI/NCR/GURGAON AND CHENNAI WILL BE PREFERRED

• Work on payroll calculations and verify salary amounts to be paid on a monthly basis.

• Handle all the queries and questions related to all kinds of Insurance like General Liability, Worker’s compensation etc.

• Work with employees and answer any Qs related to their payroll, HR activities etc

• Handle queries and questions from both employees and employers on a daily basis

• You will be working with staff based in India (Chennai, Delhi, Pune) and also directly with US office

Desired Candidate Profile
• Should be a graduate with very good communication skills. Very good command over written and spoken English

• Should be willing to work in the nights ( US Hours Eastern Standard Time)

• Ability to think, act independently and make appropriate decisions

• Ability to interface with different entities to resolve problems / issues that might arise

• Should have a certain level of comfort working with MS Office – Word, Excel etc

• Should be highly organized, well planned and be able to follow up on issues that require attention at a future date

• At least 2 years of proven Experience of working with US Based companies in some capacity (BPO’s, Office Admin/Support activities) is a MUST.

• People with NO experience in US based working Hrs need not apply
