Job Description
responsible for assisting EM security head for implementing security policy requirements across EM countries.

Assist countries in developing security process and procedure and its implementation on ground.

Ability to work independently for monitoring the countries on security procedure adherence and compliance.

Assist EM Regional Security Operation Head for managing and overseeing security operational activities and project across EM countries and liaison with the countries security team for deliverables reporting to EM Regional Security Operation Head.



Develop training material for security awareness, workshops, brochures and other material to support training delivery to employees of the bank meeting with the Bank’s policy on security.

Assist EM security head for developing and establishing the overall security operation across EM countries.

Develop periodical security review processes to ensure compliance to security standards and policy requirements covering all EM countries.

Develop security and crisis management reporting plans to ensure business is updated with all incidents and develop a corresponding root cause analysis and future preventive plans.

Provide an early warning plan to the business to ensure immediate propagation of any safety or security issues that have an impact on continuity of business or safety of all employees.



Desired Candidate Profile
Basic understanding of security function and its role within the organisation. Capable of assessing security risk exposure to the business environment.

People management capability

Ability to work in odd hours.
