Job Description
Through Knowledge of contract conditions, contractual correspondences. Tender preparation/evaluation. Risk assessment during pre-bid & post bid stage. Mitigation strategies of identified risks. Contracts agreement preparation with clients as well as vendors. Negotiation skills on contracts terms & conditions with both client and leading sub-contractors / partners / associates. Claims Management including preparation, negotiation and settlement. Knowledge of arbitration procedures. Contract closing with clients and associates / partners / sub –contractors
Desired Profile
Engineering Graduate with Mechanical / Electrical from a reputed institute with 12-20 years if experience in contcats & claims mangment in power generation, transmission and distribution of power , metal & minerals , oil, gas and hydrocarbons. Specials exposure for making contrcatulas correspondences, working out details of claims, discussion with clients and finalization in consulation with business units
