Job Description
Responsible for writing job queries for clients by calling them and taking their inputs
Understanding client’s requirement
Rigorously coordinate with internal department/teams/branches to resolve the job requirement.
Working on the online systems and applications
Preparing reports and MIS.
Making presentation to deptt. Head on a monthly basis


Note – calling is an integral part of the process and will have targets as well.



Desired Profile
Graduates with 1 - 2 years of Exp. in recruitment preferably in IT & Engineering.
Must have sound knowledge of various industries and domains
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Candidates with an exposure in MS Office and Internet would be given preference.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Ready to take challenges.
Self starter / Quick Learner Should be committed and confident.
