Job Description
Role



This is a key hire for Evergreen's new online marketing services center being set-up in Noida. Role includes selecting, managing and maintaining a talented team of web production and online marketing executives with the aim of providing dedicated web marketing and production capabilities to key strategic products for a diverse portfolio of consumer products and brands.



- Conceptualization of integrated marketing campaign to achieve e-commerce revenue goals



- Design campaign strategy, define key performance indicators and manage execution of campaigns using Salesforce.com



- Establish maintain and update a database of customers and prospects using a data-analyst team conducting web research.



- Represent Evergreen to client as project lead for off-shore delivery of online marketing management and support services.



You will work under the general supervision of the Company President with considerable freedom to plan, schedule, specify and execute strategy and carry out responsibilities within established policies and guidelines.





Responsibilities



- Lead the online marketing, production and CRM team to manage day-to-day operations of the group.



- Work closely with the Company President in defining the ongoing strategy and plan for various marketing initiatives.



- Develop, manage and report on all online promotional, web production and CRM strategies and activities undertaken by the online marketing and production team.



- Define and oversee the transfer of web production over to a newly created team in India which includes but is not limited to banner design, landing page creation, email templates and input of content /images into the CMS using XHTML.



- Take ownership of all recruitment needs for the team.



- Set and exceed client expectations and create new opportunities where the team can add value.



- Project management for all projects and initiatives undertaken by the team.



- Undertake all management tasks associated with your direct report(s).



- Other duties as assigned.



Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6-10 years experience in web or interactive marketing (internet/online marketing) for B2C products sold in US is essential.

- Minimum 5+ years managing a team.

- Technical experience of internet marketing and CRM (Salesforce.com) is a necessity.

- Proven experience tracking the success of online campaigns and developing new creative concepts.

- Proven experience with successful Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns and in keyword analysis and targeting.

- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash or similar graphical design packages are desired.

- Proven experience in setting up an affiliate marketing network

- Experience in generating e-commerce sales on Amazon and E-Bay.

- Ability to hand code in XHTML, JavaScript and ActionScript is desired.

- Experience managing the creation of email templates, flash, gif and JPG banners.

- Software skills in one or more of the following: Dreamweaver, Joomla, PHP etc.

- In-depth knowledge of the Internet and business software (Microsoft Office) as well as Internet procedures is essential including:

o Knowledge of Internet marketing best practices, ethics and legislation.

o Developing keyword lists and optimizing performance through ad-copy and landing page tests.

o Google AdWords and/or Yahoo! Search marketing platforms.

0 Experience working with Google Analytics or similar web analytics software and tools

- Experience with search engine keywords and analytical tools.

- Familiarity with the functioning of algorithmic search engines.

- Experience in how effective results can be driven from social media marketing avenues like Blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Slideshare etc.

- Access and Web analytics proficiency preferred. Some SQL knowledge a plus.

- Able to grasp new technologies quickly

- Fluency in English and good communication skills.
