Job Description
Building the relationship with the Consultants

Handling the queries & problems of the consultant post joining.

Once the contract is signed have to follow up on getting all the supporting documents

Getting their names added to the mailing list

Keeping the recruiters updated with all the changes in the contract and educating them on how it should be filled

Handling recruiters queries regarding contract agreement.

Ensures appropriate paperwork is done for Placements

Acts as first point-of-contact for consultants after joining and maintains monthly contact with them.

Update the Resourcing Application System routinely.

Desired Candidate Profile
Should be a Graduate in any stream.

Should have good communication and convincing skills.

Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Must be very aggressive

Should have excellent management skills

Should be very good in developing relationship with the client
