Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for:-
1. Client interaction via telephone/ email.
2. Identify the queries of the clients.
3. Coordinate with respective Departments and provide the solution of the clients queries.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/ Under Graduate having basic working knowledge of Internet and MS Office.
- Fluent in English and Hindi language.
