• Work experience

• Pharma Sales experience

• If currently a rep, min 3 years and maximum 6 years

• If currently, 1st line manager, not more than 4 years as first line manager

• Should be a performer in current job (consistent achievement of 90% and above for last 6 months)

• 1.5 years avg. tenure in companies worked in

– Preferred areas in work experience

• 1 year first line managerial experience

• Mass market orientation (to be defined)

• Should have grown (vertically) in atleast one of his previous / current organisation

• Should be working / worked in Top 40 companies
