Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for :-



- Assisting VP Finance / DGM in various Financing proposals.



- Assisting on various due diligences & such adhoc requirements.



- Maintain good relation with the banks and auditors.



- Fund planning and monitoring.



- Timely preparation of monthly / quarterly / yearly balance sheets including subsidiaries.


Desired Candidate Profile

Chartered Accountant / CA ( Inter )/ ICWA with 5 to 8 years of post qualification experience in Finance & Banking.
