Job Description
•Leading a team of executives, Team Leaders for checking, verifying, validating invoices to ensure all details.

•Driving Quality and Lean initiatives in the process to attain measurable positive results.

•Introducing process metrics and reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

•Ensuring accuracy of client Financial Statements and compliance to internal control requirements.

•Introducing new controls and ensuring robust functioning of the Invoicing process as per ISO and SOX guidelines.

•Assisting in month and year end closing activities for client and providing outstanding liability report at month end.

•Reconciling payables vs. receivables and identifying and resolving differences.



Desired Candidate Profile
•Commerce education is essential.

•4 – 7 years of working exp. In international BPO.

•2 -3 years of exp in Accounts Payable.

•Good communication skills

•Should have team handling experience for at least 2 years.

•Experience in dealing with third party clients at all levels is desirable.
