Job Description
• Ensuring lead conversion of leads generated by tele callers.

• Convert leads to the business opportunities.

• Taking responsibility of the assigned geographical area, fulfilling leads of the area & prospecting new business from the assigned areas.

• Closing sale and following up on issuance.

• Analyze financial needs of the customers and offer appropriate solutions.

• Acquiring, growing and deepening HNI customer relationships through effective relationship management, to maximize revenues for the Company on monthly basis.

• Acquiring new customers through active referrals from given leads.

• Delivering the targets with quality & assigned customers.



Location: Delhi/NCR, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Luckhnow, Allahbad, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Jaipur, Ahmedabad.



Desired Candidate Profile
• We are looking for male candidate Age between 20 to 30 years and Min Graduate in qualification.

• Sales Experience in LIFE INSURANCE minimum 1-2 yrs in Field sales will be preferred.

• Good Communication Skills

• Certified by IRDA/Insurance would be preferred

• Should be well versed with customers of various below mentioned cities

• Good knowledge of various Insurance products and comparative analysis with other financial products.

• Awareness of the customers concerns and industry developments in Insurance and financial industry.

• Target oriented, go getter.
