Job Description
•Shall be responsible for closure of vacancies.

•Internal Recruitment

•Sourcing & screening the Profiles

•Handle End-to-End Recruitment cycle

•Distributing the requirement into the team and fulfilling the requirement and achieving the desired target

•Develop sourcing strategies

•Identifying& sourcing talented professional utilizing various job portals, referrals, head hunting, existing database etc

•Strategize recruitment plans.

•Map the market for availability of resources.

•Interviewing applicants and making sure that their skills match with the job requirements.

•Coordinating interview, follow up

•Responsible for candidates joining.

•Drafting job posting



Desired Candidate Profile
•People management skills, leadership skills, Proficient in MS-office , Good presentation skill, Excellent communication and Strong interpersonal & negotiating skills

•The candidate must be a strong, decisive, result oriented leader

•Must possess a high degree of artfulness and tact in managing issues and difficult situations

•People with experience in staffing/ recruitment consultancy would be given preference

•Ability to work independently, exercise discretion and take prudent decisions.

•Ability to prioritize tasks inline with fast changing business needs.

•Self disciplined and have a positive attitude.

•Experience in recruitment management and in bulk recruitment.

•Sound recruiting skills, knowledge of various recruiting methods and channels

•Able to interact with all levels of Management and external providers

•Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
