Job Description To handle a team of Sales agents for leading bank of India. Achieving the team targets, handling team issues & ensuring adherence to quality parameters of the process.3-4 years exp. in a BPO/BANK.Candidate should have good comunication skills & Should have min exp of 6months as a Team Leader.
