Managing HR Deptt of manufacturing unit ( Pharmaceuticals) employs 350 people. Acting as HoD, with down team of 5. Functions- Recruitment, Training, Payroll, ESIC, EPF, Wage admin, Factories Act, other Labour Laws, Liasion with Govt Deptts.
Desired Candidate ProfileMBA- HR/ MSW / PGDBM- HR, with 8 to 12 years work experience, in HR & IR / ER domain. Strong IR managing skills. Leadership qualities to manage down team. Good communication English & Hindi. Preferably from Pharma sector but not mandatory.
