Job Description- Monitor and report the daily revenue adjustments on a daily basis

– Critically analysing Guest ledger balances and Dummy room balances on a daily basis

- Responsible for sending out electronic invoices to city Ledger customers on a regular basis

- Following up with UK city Ledger customers regarding customer queries/invoice details/payments

– Timely Account Receivable Analysis and reporting to Management

- Cross checking room revenues with customer Contract agreements\Price Revision on time

- Ensuring the guest ledger and city Ledger balances

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates must be staying in and around the Delhi Asiad Village or have their own coveyance , to be considered
Sound overall Experience of handling Accounts Recievable in a Hospitality industry is a plus
Excellent verbal communication skills. Experience in dealing with UK customer queries will be an added advantage
Exposure to MS Excel is a must
Must be a go getter and goal oriented
Ability to multitask
Ability to lead the Accounts receivable team is essential
Team player
Ability to work for extended hours if required
