WALK IN INTERVIEW



We are looking for Customer Care Executives with experience in Annuities or Life Insurance for (Back office) operations.



If you are

Graduate.
Have more than six months of experience in Annuities or Life Insurance (domestic or international).
Open to work in night shifts
Possess Good Knowledge of Insurance principles.
Actuarial science graduates can also apply

Desired Candidate Profile

You would be responsible for

Reviewing the request received from the customers related to their life insurance
Review the request for all requirements and send confirmation/rejection to the customer.
Analyze and research all discrepancies
Investigate and resolve outstanding items
Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards
Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence
Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules.
