Job Description
The position requires:

1. Handling compensation, profile enrichment, benefits & employee relations etc.

2. Execution of key processes like payroll, attendance, leave tracking etc.

3. Manage the HRIS for senior management

Desired Candidate Profile
MBA HR with 8 years post qualification experience in a leading BPO / IT sector / insurance / banking organization having span of control of 600+ employees.

Must be into generalist role & expert in competency mapping & profile enrichment activities.
