Heading the Vertical.

Leading a team of Well qualified recruiters.

Regularly Training the team and keeping them motivated.

Leading the recruitment drives as per the clients requirements

Quite offer meeting Clients Interacting with them.

Handling end to end recruitment of the clients.

Meeting and interviewing the candidates.

Screening and shortlisting the candidates based on the clients requirement.

Understanding the profile of the openings of the clients and screening the CVs accordingly.

Maintaining the relation with the candidates as well as the clients.



Desired Candidate Profile
• 1 to 6 years of relevant experience from either from the recruitment consulting company or from Relevant Industry.

• Excellent communication skills.
