Handling team of recruiters.
Motivating & Guiding the team on current open requirements to close them.
Taking care of end to end recruitment process within the company.
Screening , short listing & validating Resumes from Job portals , References , Headhunting for the given openings.
Conducting initial round of interviews & scheduling the candidate interviews with the client.
Following up with the candidates as well as the client companies till the candidates joins or rejects in the client company.
Raising Invoices.
Payment collection by follow up with clients.
Maintaining complete data base of candidates.
Achieving monthly targets
Handling client interaction on the daily basis
Doing the business development for getting the new clients as per the market
trends.
Visiting the clients on regular basis to continue revenue generation from them by rapport building.
