Job Description
The role is for Manager -Taxation within the corporate finnace team of the company and reports to VP-Finance.



The incumbant will be responsible for all tax related matters like return preparation, filing, tax compliance, transfer pricing etc.



This will include all kinds of taxes applicable on the company like Service tax, income tax etc.





Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate must be a CA
Must have atleast 4 years post qualification experience with extensive experience in taxation with an accounting firm or a corporate
Must have experience of woking with a reputed Accounting firm
Must have experience of taxation for an IT/ITES or BPO/KPO company
Must have exposure to Inceome tax and service tax
