Job Description
To look after day to day accounts at all project sites
To oversee the accounts function, implement systems & procedures and do internal audit of major projects.
Handle independently Accounts upto Finalization
Corporate Budgeting
Annual statutory audit
Insurance of corporate assets and settlement of claims
Taxation- Direct and Indirect and tax audit
Half yearly and Quarterluy reviews
MIS (Working Capital, Capital Employed, various ratios, segment results)
Company secretarial work
Inventory Management
Handled loan syndication,, project appraisal, sanction/disbursement of term loan, working capital loan
Excellent Managerial Skills
He should be proficient in dealing with STAX, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, Filing Tax Returns, and Handling Audits etc.
Should have experience in construction industry. Should be aware about the in and out of construction projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be a commerce graduate with at least 15 years of experience in accounts.

Experience in construction industry is a must.
