Job Responsibility Includes :-

Sales of Life Insurance Products.
Analyze financial needs of the customers and offer appropriate product with utmost transparency
Acquiring, growing and deepening HNI customer relationships through effective relationship management, to maximize revenues for the Company on monthly basis
To have a good understanding of competitive products & their pricing
Develop various strategies / plans for the business development of the Branches and Regions ensuring that monthly targets are achieved
Concetualize & design effective target plan for Insurance and Coordination with all the Branch managers to ensure they are achieving their targets, by providing necessary support to them.
