Job Description
Will devise Sales strategy with Marketing support to meet the volume objective for Mustard , Soya and Vanaspati
Review the Market scenario and plan key initiatives for his zone each month
Monitor, assess the current coverage and manpower plan and optimise the same in his zone with a view to maximize quantity
Develop the channel of Distribution and Monitor C&FAs and Distributor working in his zone
Monitor edible oil pricing and recommend pricing every week for edible oil for his territory. RSM will be responsible for delivering the P&L
Monitor quality and packaging at the C&FAs, Distributor and Retail level
Establish and implement field controls.
Training of ASM’s and Sales Officers, SRs
Conducting monthly meeting with ASMs and Sales Officer
Monthly Reporting to the Head of Sales
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Location: North India (Headquarter – Gurgaon)
Education: MBA (Marketing) or Graduate (minimum 5 yrs of work experience as ASM)
The Candidate should have Minimum 10 yrs of expereince, in that Minimum 5 yrs of work exp as ASM
Experience in hard core selling function in the territory for which he is being considered .
Excellent Communication & presentation Skills.
