U must have 6 - 10 yrs of overall industry experience, out of which, at least 3 years in a recruitment firm (into Senior mgt hiring) wherein you are leading a Team or a Client account or a Industry Vertical.


U must have prior exposure into leadership level hiring, and wish to extend your career within the same.


U must be from Gurgaon or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.


In short, you are going to be a critical clog in our road to success. Your vertical, or client account, would report into you.

The ideal shortlist will be Research oriented, with prior exposure in leading a team that is involved in Industry mapping, Company mapping and also, in Head-hunting & engaging with potential candidates (senior industry professionals).


It is important for you to be aware that we are re-building the team (since the global melt-down) and have decent growth & expansion plans across India. The current location is Gurgaon, and we are hiring Gurgaon based candidates, or the ones who can shift to Gurgaon.



The KRAs are :--



Leading a team wherein that team's primary role is -- Sourcing, Profiling, Referencing and approaching potential candidates. Assessing their skills against the client brief. This implies you have done all that your team in doing, earlier in your career.


Meeting prospective candidates and clients when appropriate, and reporting back to seniors (your support Head or the vertical Head).


Ensuring that your team maintains an exceptionally high level of MIS, by continually updating the company's databases with accurate market, client and candidate information to facilitate future search & selection processes (according to internal processes).


Compiling target lists, market maps, and organizational charts... Developing a working knowledge of industry trends, growth opportunities and human capital related information on a national and international scale (i.e. personnel movement, salary surveys etc.).


Recruitment, Induction and development of new recruitment consultants... and guiding them towards Head-hunting by mentoring & training them.


Responsible for the numbers (P&L) for your vertical.


Desired Candidate Profile
Our Recruitment Consultants have specialization in talent acquisition in a Corporate or in a Recruitment firm, where they have extensively engaged with Senior professionals. They have either studied Science, Commerce or Business Management. If from Operations, then they have domain experience within the financial, BPO, or FMCG sector... Most of 'em have prior exposure in executive search, having worked in the recruitment industry at some stage in their career.



Our consultants invest in the relationship with candidates through every step of the search process so as to be able to monitor & address concerns about the job or the practical & personal aspects of transitioning as they arise. This approach helps in minimizing barriers to closure at the final stage of a search.



To join our team in the above titled roles, you need to have 6- 10 yrs of overall industry experience, wherein at least 3 years in a recruitment firm (into Senior management hiring)... you are leading a team or vertical ; and have absolute fluency in Spoken & Written English (a must for us).



An MBA degree is not a requisite, but what is important for us is relevant experience (in leadership search) and ability to perform independently (without supervision) in a high-pressure environment.
