Job Description
To do quality check for all Air, Hotel, car Bookings in Proveda as regards, void, cancellation, re-isssue, exchange and to escalate matters on same day for cases not properly handled either by Customer Service Agent or Ticketing Agent. For air Tickets will include both Published, Consolidated and Net fares

Desired Candidate Profile
-Must have done course in Air-Ticketing and also worked on GDS - Good knowledge of GDS such as AMADEUS and SABRE as regards ticket issuance, exchange, able to analyze Fare penalty rules able to read fare rules from GDS and knows about fare-restrictions and validation laws. Must have exposure to International ticketing
