Job Description
The Manager/ Sr. Manager (RF Design) shall be responsible for following activities:



To get the system EMI / EMC approved from the Customer recommended Lab.
To setup EMI / EMC Test bench to carryout preliminary compliance in CE / RE as per MIL-STD/461.
To design, develop, test and validate RF modules.
To generate test suites for evaluation and testing thus realizing Jigs/ Fixtures for RF Systems.
To provide assistance in prototype engineering, customer acceptance and manufacturability analysis.
To do project estimation and management for prototype realization of RF Systems.
To identify new products for Development & Engineering.
To develop new technology for RF Systems.
To do product engineering including documentation for manufacturing.
To do RF system level integration of all the RF components.
To do Radio system field installation, measurement & observations.
Desired Candidate Profile
M.Tech in Physics or EE with 7-12 years of experience and very strong in RF fundamentals.
Ex-DRDO or Ex-PSU with background in Radio/RF design is preferred.
Proven track record in RF systems integration.
Capability of documenting detailed design parameters of systems, modules and components related to RF.
Will be required to do Product and Production engineering.
Ability to do RF Simulation and modeling.
Ability to design for MIL-grade EMI-EMC at board level and system level.
Lead product team during product/prototype validation and qualification tests at in-house and customer labs.
