# Handling End to End recruitment activities right from identifying the candidates, screening of profiles, scheduling of interviews, interview follow-ups, acceptance of offer by candidates and candidates joining our client.

# Conducting the initial round of interview to check the candidates on various aspects i.e. Availability, willingness etc.

# Performing reference checks on candidates

# Timely entry of information into the company database

# Achievement of sales / revenue / collection targets as outlined in the budgets.
