Job Description
Revenue Assurance



1. Account Receivables Control and management

2. Invoicing for Corporate Customers and Turnkey projects

3. Planning for collection of payments from customers

4. Follow up for payments from Internal Customer and External Customers

5. Coordination with Network Operation Centre NOC) to synchronize billing with circuits delivered and bandwidth purchased.

6. Debtor’s MIS

7. Other Revenue related report required by Top Management

8. Coordination with legal team for customer related matters

9. Coordination with Internal and External Auditors

10. Coordination with other departments for Customer’s issues

11. Coordination with marketing team to enhance the Revenue



Credit Control



1. To ensure collections and aged debt profile targets are achieved, to provide efficient financials and administrative support across in terms of their respective customer base.

2. To control & ensure correctness for accounting & reporting of collections made on day to day basis. To keep MIS reports updated regularly & on ongoing basis.

3. To provide excellent customer service including basic account management of customer base and to work with the Accounts Managers across the zone.

4. To reduce overall customer debt by dealing with customer issues as they arise and providing innovative solutions to customer problems to provide a seamless service moving forward.

5. Timely co-ordination with logistics team from delivery and bills submission perspective.

6. To ensure commercial forms such as Form-C, TDS certificates are collected on time.

7. To reconcile customer accounts on regular basis to ensure no gaps

8. Timely resolution & escalation of issues as appropriate to management & sales team for key & critical accounts, co-ordinating with service departments as & when required.

9. To maintain all required documents w.r.t. the audit process.

Desired Candidate ProfileThe Incumbent should be CA/CFA or MBA with 8 to 12 years of post qualification experience.
