Job Description
We are seeking an intelligent and enthusiastic Sales Manager ( high reputed mnc insurance company ) to identify, develop, promote and facilitate teamleading.

The successful candidate is expected to have:

1.Graduate and Any master degree(or equivalent sales and marketing experience) combined with 5 + years relevant industry experience in sales.

2. Broad based understanding of direct sales, team build and team handling and also retaining power and a proven track record of achievement in sales and marketing.

3. A proven track record of direct sales.

4. An ability to provide effective solutions to the needs.

5. Well developed communication ( including highly developed written and business report writing skills ), interpersonal negotiaton and networking skills and demonstrated experience in managing relationships at all levels of companies.

6.Commitment to contribute and communicate as a team player and model and encourage teamwork in others.
