Job Description Purpose:



The jobholder is responsible for building and facilitating development of people aligned to achieving the strategic business goals of the Company by strengthening the core organisation capability - its people. He/ she primarily works in all areas related to Reward & Recognition



Main Priorities:



-Build and facilitate a robust R & R and transparent

performance management platform for its customers who in

turn drive business for the company. He should ensure each

individual, team members is aligned to its business target.

-Design/ Run/ Implement/ Co-ordinate all R&R initiatives, along

with rigorous follow-up through a mix of in-house and external

interventions.

-Design effective business strategy which has a direct impact

on people & business growth.

-Look into the interest of its customers and proactively

identifying critical business issues and address them through

the development and effective implementation of R& R initiatives

-Effectively network & communication with people in order to pick up the best practice of the organisation effective R&R platforms to perform, negotiate to build a strong Organisation culture & style, that propagates group values.

-Proposition, Design and Concept.

-Competition benchmarking, Launch contests & programs

-Communication & Art work

-Liaise with different team with in the organization.







Desired Profile
- Must have proven experience of 4 –5 years in designing R&R

platforms for the company.

-Experience of working in a fast moving environment and an

ability to work to deadlines.

-Ability to think out of box to provide fresh and customised

solutions to empower people and business.

-Negotiation skills with the third party/ vendors & squeeze to its

best.

-Good in Excel skills & MIS management.
